Super Mario Brothers, 100%.  I have an orchestral version of it that's really good, as well as some dance remixes.  My cell phone ring was it for a while too.

I also remember the Intellivision game SNAFU had a cool soundtrack as well.

IMO the Final Fantasy Series and games made by RARE have very nice music in them.
