Memorial Flight to President Ronald Reagan
« on: June 11, 2004, 01:29:07 PM »
No amount of words can express my feelings about the passing of our 40th president.  Ronald Reagan upheld the highest standards that all men try to achieve.  His steps toward peace and his determination to promote liberty throughout the world still take stride this very day.  In memorium of his years of dedicated service to this nation, a handfull of us in the CT flew a missing man formation with lone flyby of both the Axis and Allied flyers.  I salute all who attended and all who respected our airspace.  May he rest in peace.

Tonight at 10pm EST, to coincide with the ceremonies surrounding our 40th President Ronald Reagan, I am putting together a missing man and en masse formation flight in the Combat Theatre starting from Airbases 12 and 10.  Both sides are invited to participate and those NOT participating are asked to wait or engage in a seperate area.  Flight will be at 10,000 ft  on a heading of approximately 110 and once in sector 6, allied will break North and axis will break South and we will RTB.  There will be no engagement  as was in the past in tribute to Reagans attempt's at bringing peace and stability.

I look forward to seeing all of you tonight.
