Runway flightpath obstructions

I've noticed that there are still several airfields that have obstructions on approach to runways.

For instance, there are still hills/mountains at the end of the runway, and at the other end there are often trees/forrest too.

Can this be changed on future terrains please?  In WW2 (and today) all approaches to all runways had to be clear of any obstruction and it would be nice to have the same in AH.

ever flown the approach into Dulles? there's a wicked kink in the flightpath courtesy of a badly placed government building. I can't remember which runway and it may have been dropped from approved landing proceedures since 9/11.
