New Jug dash clocks and old ones

Dash clocks, gotta luv'um. Taking whats giving ( at the moment ) and fiddling, you can make them older looking. Be great in the future to be able to skin the framework of the instrument panel along with the gauges themselves.

Skinning here is once the new 1024's start coming out is gonna be a blast.

I did these gauges a while ago. Pyro said they won't take them as they are going to add a reflective cover (to simulate glass) over them. That will look greaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!!
