Alright along with my film projects I'd like to start skinning planes. Can anyone give me the proper method to go about doing this and what programs I may need? Thanks again in advance!

To create and edit the skins, you need some type of editor to manipulate bitmaps.  Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, are both good.

And that is about it.

There's a freeware program called "The Gimp" that's pretty powerful for zero-dollar investment.  Check out this URL:

http://gug.sunsite.dk/

It includes all kinds of cool effects, such as wind (used to create those cool gunsmoke and exhaust streaks), nosify, blur, colorize, etc.  Very cool!  Email me if you need help with it.

I'm finding Photoshop's layers to be most helpful (plus it's what I know how to use)

Krusty: The Gimp has layers, too.  Photoshop is good, too, of course.
