P47 fuel comsumption/rpm bug

Offline, I was flying a P47D-40 at sea level with full throttle and minimum rpm, fuel burn at 1. According to E6B it consumes only 15 GPH at those settings. That gives it a range of 6500 miles, and a duration of about a day.
