First of all, it was in the wrong forums.
You also said "Its Yankee right before her death", and implied that it was 'funny', which is a lot less funnier thing to comment about to a person who doesn't fly regularly and immediately understand the context of the words "death" and "kill" as we flight simmers do. In fact, it was bad taste.
I mean, it'd be funny if it was something like, "Fester squirming before death", or "straffo's big butt"
, but Yankee?? Why in the blazes jab at her? I'm just a big ol' softy, but when I immediately saw what you wrote down, I was sorta worried what Yankee might feel if she saw this post.
I think I know what you're getting at.. and if I may advise a little in these things, don't be too hasty to make friends and earn respect in a short time. You don't have to make really funny posts or do something outrageous to gather attention.
Just give it time, be yourself, and participate in the community as much as you can. Take time, listen to people, carefully choose words and be polite - and then, I'm sure everyone would remain sincerely friendly. Not everyone's a big ol' meany like Estes or United!
