In Germany we have many many films for education. Its mostly the same speaker and near everyone knows his voice. The composition of these films is exactly like this one. So as i saw the films the very first time i thought it was an old REAL educational film about fork-lift drivers (right word?) as a matter of course only until the first "scene".
So its NOT a safety film in a funny way (we germans don have such a good humor ;) ). Its only a joke or i would say a bloody good parody of old german educational and splatter films.
