Im ganna try to make a skin for eather a 190 or 109 can any1 give me some tips on what programs to use and layering an how to make it better resolution.

use paintshot pro.  i dunno about other skinners but i do layering paintscheme, panels, rivert, then weathering.

You can experiment with putting the panel lines and rivets on TOP of everything else too. Kind of makes em show up better. Then you can put another layer of "dirt" on top of them again to tone them down in certain areas.

what about layering do i just make a new layer and start painting or do i do something else
