Sapphire is one of ATI's primary 3rd party manufacturers. Same card, different manufacturer to get the cards mass produced. They produce different "editions" such as Ultimate and such. It is the same card with a slight difference in capabilities.

sapphire as 2 kinds of video cards the "atlantis" which is the same as everyother company, and the "ultimate" which has a extra quiet fan.
