ok  guys  simple  question.how  do  you  wipe  a hard drive  so its  completly blank  to start over.

If want to be sure all data is destroyed, then you need to visit the hard drive manufacturer's WEB site of the hard drive to see if they offer a low-level formatter for IDE/ATA/SATA drives.

For SCSI drives, your SCSI Host Adapter should have a formatter in the BIOS ROM.
