And re. the Turk topic, I found it interesting that they went after muslims.  Wouldn't that be pooping where you eat a bit?  One would think that killing other muslims would LOSE them sympathy with the more moderate Islamic types.  They are either getting dumber, or desperate.  The harder we go after the terrorist leaders, and we are successful in killing or arresting them off,the stupider the guys in charge will become.  Simple attrition.  Just a matter of time until these guys are a blurb in a history book.

ALSO, most opinion polls show the avgerage Iraqi happy with their new govt.  Why would you give more wieght to the opinion of a few radical muslim fundamentalists, than the vast majority of Iraqi's?  Because one ouf of every (let's say) 1,000 Iraqi's want what these nutjob terrorists want, we should NOT try and improve the life of the other 999?  The vast majority of muslims in the world do not want to chop off everybodys heads.  You are allowing policy to be dictated by .1% of the people.  (i feel i'm being generous here.  it's prob. closer to .001%)  We need to try and quit giving the terrorists so much attention.  It makes them feel important, and gives them a bloated sense of power.

Basically, we have to hunt them down and arrest them.  It will take many years to get up to speed (and mucho dinero) but eventualy we (the world, the U.S., whatever) will handle this threat.  But we need to quit giving so much power to what such a small, pathetic groups of idiots are doing.

norway with its 4 million people that had no idea the invasion was comming and had not called in the troops could not keep the well trained german army away. I have no idea why you even bring it up? Are you suggesting our small country should have done it when france and other much larger counties could not.

Your choice of excused amused me is al.  Norway had plenty of warning Germany was on the move.  I was using Israel as an example for numbers and better training not being the only deciding fator in a fight.  Heck, when the English pulled out, they gave their hvy weapons, and bases to the Arabs.  The Jew's were handed WW1 era weapons, 4 bullets and a fork, and sent off to kill.  And they made darn shure they droppd four enemy's before rushing in to start forkin' 'em up.

I'm of the opinion that Norway could have held off Germany, or at least drug it out.  That's all.  Lots of advantages as  the defender.

Their religious guide (koran) calls for the deaths of all non-muslims.  If you really want them to stop fighting, kill every non-muslim in the world.  Get busy, you have a lot of work to do but I see you are on the road to peace in the world.
