Ver 2.00 Patch 3 Freeze

Since d/l Ver. 2.00 Patch 3 I am having a screen freeze on the clip-
board right after I login (gameid), enter Password & click OK...the whole screen freezes, am unable to do anything!!

Pressing ctrl+alt+del achieves nothing, pressing alt+f4 likewise
achieves absolutely nothing ... only way to thaw the freeze is to
CRASH the system

This happens everytime I attempt to play AH2, am unable to reboot because freeze won't let me ...I d/l the latest patch 3 se-
veral times, likewise DirectX 9.0b plus turning the sound down 3/4 ways doesn't help.

Installed a new GF FX5200 8x 128mb yesterday & played AH2
successfully ... updtd drivers this A.M. w/version 56.72 ... d/l
DirectX 9.0b.... everything worked OK until the Patch 3 download.

Have WindowsXP Home Edition w/all the updates.  DXDIAG shows
everything OK   How do I get arnd this problem?

Your firewall is blocking access to the Internet for Aces High II.  After every patch, you have to allow Aces High II access again.
