You should buy something like Husqvarna WR250 or similar KTM GS250.
I bet your neighbours would love them

This is Husky XC250, WR250 was similar but with lights for enduro races. When I was a kid I had a chance to try Husky and KTM bikes and... well, I fell in love
I don't care these new bikes with carbonfibre and monoshocks & all; Good 'ole Husky with twin rear shock absorbers was the "thing" when I was young.
I'm still dreaming to buy one; Just for waking up the neighbours at morning
Oh and if you like 4-strokers more you could get a 600cc KTM; friend had one which was faster than the driver...
