I've been playing on the ground so much in AH2 my squaddies are calling me an LTAR.

I can't help it.  Osties and Panzers and Tigers Oh MY!

Thanks for a great ground game HTC.  I wonder what the percentage of GVs to AC is these days?

I forsee the gound aspect of the game becomming a much larger aspect of the game in the future
Death is no easy answer
For those who wish to know
Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds
It ain't pretty

haha! yeah, me too.

HT and crew obviously wanted to bring more to the table in gv's, and it looks like it worked. I have to adjust my video seetings to jump between air and ground battle, wish they had a programmable hot key for that.

Nothing to be ashamed Killjoy :) GV battles are so fun now. Hiding behind dunes and hills, ambushing in the trees etc etc..

Not to mention, that I sense a subtle change in capture dynamics in AH2 - suppression and capture by airpower alone is so much harder now, and most of the territorial advances now seem to follow the GV paths. In short, where there's GV access, people are able to advance through the fronts. If there's no GV spawn, then that area of the front is very hard to jump.

A well balanced advance, base-suppression from air, ground suppression into the town, seems to be the ticket to winning airfields quickly.

GV warfare has grown, that much important, IMO.

Maybe you can post a short "gv for dummies." I've wanted to give gv's a whirl but haven't the slightest idea where to begin.

well for me its more a question of timing.....WHEN to get a GV and where to go....

that will take some time.....but eventually you will get your timing right....

EX : Uterus map....the famous A1 area....my timing was perfect.....I had only 1/2 hour to play.

I stayed max distance....about 3.0 away and to the side....nitwits just kept uppin like nutcases.....and I was the nutcracker...landed 75 in 1/2hour.

I tell ya...its all about timing:D
