It's SO much more relaxing in AHII.
Gunnery is much tougher, leaving the sprayers to fly for just two minutes before they have to rtb with no hits, kills, or clues.
Buffs don't all die in one pass anymore, that I can tell anyway. The gunners don't have grapefruit size bullets anymore (seemingly). I still see guys die from dead six astern, which only proves some people never learn.
I see a lot more P38s these days. I think people are trying to use the centerline gun approach to improving their gunnery. P38s have a huge vulnerable spot if you can get guns on (pilot kill). If a pilot reaches too deep into the stall horn, then you get a nice tidy prox kill when he smacks the terrain.
Ack is wimpy. I've vultched planes on the CV deck (no hits on me) and directly over their field with all ack up (hits but no damage). Ack WILL still kill you if you stay in it. Keep moving.

I'm still sorting out the stack of aircraft traits, as they seem to have changed a bit.
