Yeah, weazel, have it in Texas and call it Aces High Con #1, right?  Right.

I'm still a little miffed at how some Brand W'ers slammed Hitech about his experience with the P-51.  A whole lotta high and mighty talk then...

... not that you had anything to do with that, weazel.  Just brings up a can of worms, is all.

Iceman says the WB Con isn't dead, but there is quite a bit of animosity on AGW Concerning the Issue.

I feel sorry for the folks at iEN that are gonna be collecting unemployment, but as a customer service person, If I asked a customer to do something, and then decided I needed to hold on a few, I WOULD TELL THE CUSTOMER, Thanks for the info, we will be a while getting back to you please be patient.

WIth the sound of the time of the events, iEN could have plead that their recent merger was the cause of the delays, not the impending cuts.

Its like company profits.  You say how much your company made.  This number usually varies greatly from the ammount of money your company actually bought in.  It should be a little more than you told your stock holders you were gonna bring in.  Unless your a first year CEO then you inflate the money as much as possible, also a good tactic when times are lean.

and NO I AM NOT WILD BILL.

Hay AH team,
The 332nd Flying Mongrels are going to have our own con now that IEN have shot themselfs in the foot. Would you be intrested in sponcering us? We could call it AHCON1 but it would be in the place of your choice it really would be a great way for you guys to build up relationships with WB pilots. Belive me I think IEN are turning into microsoft so as soon as you get this thing properly runing I willbe changing perminently.
Whada Ya think?

We have no interest in sponsoring someone else's convention.  Why would we do that?  We're not out trolling to convert the WB community to AH.  We don't need to.  We'll succeed on what we do, not what we've done in the past.

AH is developing its own community. Some will come from other games but many will be new to it all.  It's nice to see people that have followed us, but we're not depending on that to make our business a success.  We realize that most people do not like to switch from something that they've invested a lot of time and money in.

AH will have its own convention when the time comes.  We have more than a little experience at putting together cons .
