White Screen 'O Death
« on: January 01, 2001, 04:17:00 AM »
Twice now, while on a long and boring ride (once in a bomber, the other in a panzer) I alt-tab'd out of AH to surf the web some (I have a cable modem).  After about 5 min of stimulation, I come back to AH only to find the White Screen 'O Death.  I lose all js and kb control, my only option is to reach over and press the reset button.

Whats up with this?

For the sake of those of us that sometimes do the "long haul", please put in an inflight movie or something to keep us entertained  .

If you have Windows 2000 Me as your OS then I believe the fault is with it.

Post in the tech support forum with your technical details and I'm sure you'll get some help.

Another solution. Read a book or magazine while climnbing. Your computer stays on AH with no packets lost and you can entertain yourself while playing the game too.
