squeaking about squeaking...

I don't think I've ever seen a bigger group of women with their panties in a bunch.

Seems we have a bunch of armchair experts who would rather blame their inability to survive or kill on this or that technical nuance in a plane they've never flown or a gun they've never shot.

What's worse is these experts shoot off their mouth when they are obviously wrong and then get everyone to explain their errors or there is just a meaningless debate with my figures or book beating up your figures or book. What happened to asking a question first instead of coming out and starting a fight/flame over some perceived problem?

Now people are squeaking about the perk points BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN IMPLEMENTED. We don't know what will cost how much yet people are already queing up to squeak over what is fair and what isn't. You don't even know what fair is to squeak.

Also, the main arena (and this board) is full of people who berate other people on their choice of plane to fly or their flying style. So the hell what? They ran to the ack? They HO'ed me? They bailed? They shot my chute?

Jesus, guys. A) It's a game. B) Everyone pays to play and so gets to fly what and how they want.

The incessant whining gets old. I'm thinking 1 ought to be squelched by default and only unsquelched by command. New flyers almost always have to be coached into setting their radio to their country channel anyway. I would suggest doing it for them and letting the whiners and squeakers lose their audience and their incentive to pump their own egos by tearing down the sim.

And yes, I squelch 1. It's too bad because there is a lot of good there. But there is also a lot of crap from a lot of people who seem all to eager to show off their ignorance or arrogance.
