There is a special forum for custom sounds and skins. I think his regular website is down right now, but others are hosting links to his zipped sounds.

Check out the "Custom Sounds and Skins" forum in this HTC message board. There is a thread in there for Mitsu sounds. go to the end of the thread to see if there is a valid link to them.

It's a compilation of sounds. It's isnt a set, just sounds gathered from various places. Getting them from a squaddy of mine hehe. They are real good, expecially the P38.
