Well, I personally, am having a lot of trouble with this loss of control / spin by trying to turn too quick.  Just gonna have to get used to it I think.  In AH1 I had gotten to the point that I could retain my energy fairly well in a Yak9U, make good turns and remain stable, but in AH2 I cannot.  Maybe I'm just rusty, but it seems that once I have someone on my six, I am DOOMED! :p   I'll either get shot or fall to earth through my own fault.  Theres gotta be a middle ground there somewhere.

deSelys,

Boss'es son...wasn't he a boxer?  Always wore a powdered glove on his right hand to keep it soft for...you know...his future wife.

The problem with stick stiring is that it creates mini warps.  Makes it very hard to hit because you don;t really know where the bad guy is.

The question is , are you playng AH as a serious simulation or as a game?
I mean in a real plane would you stick-stir  that way?
Do you prefer a real plane conduct and to die one more time or do you prefer gaming the game and cheat the one on your six stick -stirring??
As they say, its all in your hands:rolleyes:

Bombs were duds in AH1 when not above a certain alt.

Not quite the bomb must travel 1000' not drop down 1000' so if your traveling at X speed the bomb travels 1000' thru the air and is armed before it hits the ground. Of coarse this will allso kill the plane that dropped it or should anyways.

Not if your were trained properly in the MAW. I got quite good at "throwing" bombs back in the day.

HQ guys never really bombed that much ... ;)

It's called lofting. Throwing is for boy scouts.

Rather than argue with a twit I'll let him think he's won. Then he'll hear it called lofting on a Wings episode and realize what a tard he is.
