AH 1.05 is very fantastic!
Fleet and the cannons changed a war in the arena just like. It's very good.
But, ground vehicles are not available to be active. Because vehicle fields are too far from their targets. Need progressive solution at the arena.

I have an idea. It's movable spawn point of vehicles like fleets.
  • Spawn point is visible corps on the post. It's movable like a fleet.
  • Vehicle field is start up point for "corps on the post" like a port of fleet.
  • Corps on the post isn't capturable. It's extinct when under heavy atacked. The restoration takes 15 or 30 minutes like a hangar.
It's good idea isn't it?

How if the stationing force is high-speed armor train?
It is made to be able to defend oneself by applying the archibald just like the fleet.
(*) and way that the regular movement between bases.

*If oneself cannot be defended, [it] becomes target of the score work.

very good idea.

make the spawn points behave as the tg's but restricted to land for tanks and water for pt's.

would make for some great dynamics and also much more realistic visualization of ground vehicles.

think about how much better that would be than spawn points!

have perhaps 1 or 2 "convoys" for each v field wich the player can command the way they do cv's
the difference being that these player controlled spawn points could stop moving and setup camp so to speak once they reach the waypoint the player assigns.
the convoy could start off at the vbase and range as far as the terrain permits at a speed of say an m16 or even as slow as a panzer.
look at how fun the cv's are with players controlling them bringing the airbase close to the action.
by giving the same option to the ground war fans we get a much better simulation and we no longer need remote spawn points.
perhaps it would take hours for the "convoy" to reach its destination... but it takes cv's many hours as well.

the player wont have to drive for hours this way.
massive ground battles will erupt once the convoy reaches near enough to a base or target.
this of course demands that the player controlled ground war logistics convoy can be destroyed perhaps easily or maybe not so easy.
visualization of said convoy would be needed in the form of maybe a column of trucks or some other device.
the cv is so great for sea warfar the way htc designed it.
would be awsome to treat the ground war the same treatment.

ditch the remote spawn points add a player directed "army"

vizualization of the convoy:

a column of tanks, supply vehicles, aaa vehicles, troop carriers.

the ability to launch vehicles from the convoys location could persist until all vehicles are destroyed. more detailed availability could be obtained by disabling subtypes when all of certain types of vehicles have been destroyed.

can you say battlefield Air interdiction?
close air support?!
its the key to massive land battles with jabo's scouting all across the map in search and destroy missions.

wipe out the mechanized army and it starts back at its vbase.!

heh ok.
i just think this would kick bellybutton as much as carriers do.

player controlled is the key.

I think this idea has potential, you could have several different types of convoys (supply, armoured car, tank etc) with different mixes of vehicles and different speeds. I don't think having the convoy as a spawn point as such would be a good idea though, I'd prefer each convoy had a certain number of each vehicle, a player able to command one of each per trip of the convoy

Really nice idea. I like it. Additional benefit, possibly goodbye to +25k fiters, like it's happening with naval warfare

Wouldn't the idea of a "moving front" be achieved with a map that had land masses bigger than what we have, with more vehicle bases?

A tighter spread of vehicle bases, with the ability to capture them, makes for a good land war.

Once the LSTs can launch, we should have the same two task forces, but only Once CV force. The other force should be cruisers with troop ships, the troop ships being the equivalent of the CV, i.e. they can spawn LSTs. The LSTs come with M16s and M3s aboard. You can use them to land and take a vehicle base on the island that holds the city. You can then spawn from that base to destroy the city easily with Panzers.

That's strat, baby.
