Here is another excellent Aircraft Publishing outfit for those of you not aware of them. Many of their books concentrate on Luftwaffe aircraft (Their Monarch Series is excellent).
Also, You modelers, whether `kits' or virtual, will enjoy all their `Colors' series books.
