This is just wrong. Shoot all you want. It's about hit rate alright, but 100% isn't enough. You can get it over 400%

Not sure about shooting rubble (sounds like shooting a hangar wall to me). I think using a tiger makes more sense these days. More guns on it, so you can get better hit%
4. Learn high alt bombing live live live hitting strats. 30 k bombing is same as 10k its easy. use 1000's 3 bombs 1 direction then 3 coming back this will give you a hit % for bomber of over 1000. Now if using bombers to hit nearby strat retund to base land bombers rearm lead bomber go back hit strat again. this improves your damage per sortie as rearm doesn't count as a sortie.
Wrong again. It's not at all required that you know how to do high alt bombing.
5. you must do at least 5 goon s in tod
Wrong again. Nothing says it has to be five goons. You can win with one, or even none, but they do help. The more captures that succeed for either team, the more you should do. Still not required.

Again, one is all you really need.

Sounds like you really are a ho. You don't have to land, if you can aim a gun. Of course, if you're a gamer, go for it.

Lone cons in lone sectors don't work. Try CAPing a CV, or CAPing a field under attack. Wing with Yancyan13 for a clue as to how this works.
9. once you get a good k/d in fighter do the rest of your sorties in attack mode.
Obviously, k/d isn't everything.
now keeping your rank don't try to shoot a gv with plane you hit % goes to crap and flaks will eat you and k/d goes in the drink.

Obviously, this is crap information. The fastest kills occur by shooting GV's, or defending a field, or CV under heavy attack. I've gotten as high as 205:0 P51D versus GV's and never got shot. I've gotten as high as 78 kills in an hour defending a field. Again, death won't hurt you as bad as Rod seems to think. The difference between being #1 and #2 in K/D is only 1 point toward rank. That might make a difference, but there are many ways to make more than a single point up in other areas.
lastly going for a high rank is not the way to have fun. If your in this for fun then going for rank will make you hate game..............
On the contrary, I think everyone should do it once. But, I realize it's not for everyone. Obviously, Rod never mastered this. Score HOing (as they say) will teach you a lot about the mindset of your fellow gamers. Best to learn the game either way.
