9600xt(128mb) vs 9600xt(256mb)

Alright I want to know which one is going to get me better fps. My freind told me that 128mb will get me better frame rates. But I dont get that. Should I go with the 256mb one or the 128mb? My system specs below.

Reportedly the 128mb cards actually have faster ram on the board and will produce higher FRs. If you use CAD applications or something you might need the 256mb but for AHII the 128mb card should be faster. YMMV.
