been a while since I posted

It's been a while since I've posted, hell it's been almost three months since I've had time to pick up the stick and do some flying.  I'm in the middle of competition season, and also running around with work and buying a house, but with all the WWII history buffs on here I thought I'd post a pic from two weeks ago, that might make some of you cry.  Lord knows I was a smiling for three days after putting some rounds through some of the FA stuff, but shooting a Stg 44 had me grinning from ear to ear for days on end.

What about the MG42 just down the line?  Remember hapiness is a belt fed weapon.

Looks like an MG34. Was there an MG42 as well? Man, you must of had quite the day!
Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. ... Bertrand Russell

There were MG34's, MG42's, Ma Duces, BAR's, M-60's, 1919's, Maxim's, MP-5's, Stens, Uzis, MP-40's, Thompsons, Reislings, and all the AK's and M-16's you can shake a stick at.  Also there was this one here HK-51.  Think about a 7.62 Nato out of a 9 inch barrel in Full Auto.

Lots of FA, and lots of fun.  I almost forgot to mention the GE Mini-Gun too.

No the 1919 shorty and the GE Mini-Gun were the flame throwers.  Check out the forum and pics on AR-15.com go into the general discussion tab and look up Campybob's Bulletfest.
