Guys, what country uses the .ES ending for the internet?

I got an email from a player wanting information on the Afrika Corp Scenario, and they're English is somewhat broken (or they are using an online translator).

It would be very helpful if I could find someone who could speak to them in their native language, and we could get the information they need to them in a manner they can understand.
