story makes me sick. this is the second time in a year a man was beaten to death in Milwaukee. the other man was beated by children ranging from 11-17 years old.

there is something really wrong with the state scociety is going.

Yes, but...having parents does not ensure parenting takes place.

Hmmm maybe, but I don't think so. If one or both parents are missing there will of course be a likely parental void, but if both are present it doesn't mean there won't be.
