Here are my numbers:

"frenchy has 80 kills and has been killed 67 times in the P-47-D30."
 
"frenchy has 1 kill and has been killed 1 time in the P-47-D30 against the P-47-D30."

"frenchy has 1 kill and has been killed 0 times in the P-47-D30 against the P-47-D25."

Where are you guys!?!?! Does all P47 pilots fly Bish? Does they all fly Rooks Vs Knits exclusively? Now I'm crying!

Oh and about "stats means nothing", for you guys "F4U-C guns are not ubber":

"frenchy has 9 kills and has been killed 11 times in the P-47-D30 against the F4U-1C."

"frenchy has 4 kills and has been killed 0 times in the P-47-D30 against the F4U-1D."

and and and to prove that I'm turnfighting when I should not and that I'm not out-turning a Niki:

I'm still taking up the P-47 (both models)for 90% of my fligths. The other 10% either the 205 or the P-38. Even the 109G2 for base defense. My P-47 flights however are my favorite and they have been surprisingly successful for me. I'm usually racking up a 1:1 k/d at a minimum but most often now taking home 3 pelts per run - a few times I've had 5.

 Westy has 34 kills and has been killed 21 times in the P-47-D30 and Westy has 24 kills and has been killed 14 times in the P-47-D25. Total is 58/38 for a k/d.

 While, Westy has 5 kills and has been killed 4 times in the P-47(both) against the F4U-1C.
 
 And lastly, Westy has 8 kills and has been killed 6 times in the P-47(both) against the N1K2.

Frenchy I'm in the same boat as you.  Everybody talks Jug but none of them are in the arena.  Next time you are on look at the roster for me in nitland and we'll go to the training arena for some jug v jug dueling.  I've given up finding fellow juggers to fly against in the MA.

   For some sick reason that's all I do with the P-47. I rarely make it to 20k alt or higher as I usually finding myself 15k and lower heading to the nearest gaggle of enemy planes.

LOL Westy, I'm the same way.  

I don't get as much flight time as you guys, but I do OK.  I've been flying the 25 lately and furballing like mad.    My main problem is that I fly it alone too much.  The JUG loves company, and really only shines with a wingman.  A flight of 4 Jugs just rules.

Hey Ammo, what country are you guys flying for?

BTW, I'm a Rook.  I fly the Jug pretty much all the time.  Normally alone, and normally low and slow.    I know it's not smart, but nothing feels better than getting a kill by stallfighting in a Jug.  Hehehe.

First a comment about stats. I never end my sorties in a landing. I fight until I die! So my kill/death ratio is about even.  I will fight fight fight until I'm down to my last round, so stats don't really prove anything.

Second, I am flying the P47 and the P51 depending upon the situation. If there's alot of enemies then I take up the P47, cause I can pounce on a negligent pilot. If there's a few enemies then the P51 is the choice as I may need to chase one down.

I'm not one into "preserving" my score. I could care less about my kill ratio. But 3 and 4 kill sorties are common for me when flying the jug.

The Bishops have 606 kills and have been killed 829 times in the P-47-D30 against all countries.

The Bishops have 132 kills and have been killed 171 times in the P-47-D25 against all countries

The Knights have 632 kills and have been killed 584 times in the P-47-D30 against all countries.

 The Knights have 307 kills and have been killed 216 times in the P-47-D25 against all countries.
 

 The Rooks have 601 kills and have been killed 807 times in the P-47-D30 against all countries
 
The Rooks have 90 kills and have been killed 120 times in the P-47-D25 against all countries.


seems knights get most kills with p47 and die the least per kill.

bishops seem to die the most per kill in the p47

rooks in same boat as bishops but fair a bit better in p47.

the one time i did actually get you was in the p-47, it was the first time i flew that plane and that battle made me decide i liked it-those guns can't be beat
