*thump*  *thump*   *thump*  *thump*

Hang sits with his back against a tree, a pile of empty beer cans spread at his feet. A short distance away a former pilot is slowly and methodicly pounding his head against the ready rooms closed door.

*thump*  *thump*  *thump*  thump*  *thump*

Occasionaly, someone opens the ready room's front window, leans out to see who's making the dull monotonus noise upon the door.. and when they see the source, they laff and close the window again.

*thump*  *thump*  *thump*  thump*  *thump*

An FDB passes by; spies the beer; then spots Hang, wanders over and liberates one owed on a bet. "How long now??" inquires Mason22. Hang looks at the calander nailed to the tree, and back at the spreading pile of empties. "Dunno. Longer than I thought, but apparently not long enuff."

*thump*  *thump*  *thump*  thump*  *thump*

Mason smiles. Takes a long pull; adds the empty to the prodigious pile. "Think he'll fold soon??" Hang grimmaces. Shakes his head sadly. "Nope. Not till his head flattens out or the door collapses."

*thump*  *thump*  *thump*  thump*  *thump*

Mason chuckles and snags another cold one from the cooler, pops the top and bends his elbow. Hang watches with unabashed envy.. "Mason, thats magic.. the way every time that elbow bends, yer mouth just falls right open... do me a favor will yah??" Mason, burps with feeling, tosses the debris into the pile. "Sure, Hang; name it."

*thump*  *thump*  *thump*  thump*  *thump*

"Show RAM where the fediddlein door knob is."

Well said AKSeaWulfe, some of you guys should always remember english is RAM`s 2nd language and take into account his posts may *sound* like whining due to this. He makes some good points too IMO. Does he piss me off at times....absolutely-but I also know he`s a good stick, calls six if at all possible, and is a great guy to have on your wing.My highest scoring sorties ever were winging with him in JG2 and I never worried about my six when he was there.

Habicht,I hope you will keep up with AH updates,1.05 is right around the corner.

Based on the past I`m confident HTC will refine the FM as the game progresses,I`m surprised at how well *most* of the planes perform in relation to each other after such a drastic change in the FM.

Why don't all you whining amazinhunkS just leave(quietly) go get your diapers changed. AH is better off without you.

Ram I was there the day you ranted over channel 1 about the Typhoon what a dork, cork your friggin toilet. The only thing bigger than your mouth is your ego.

I'm proud of the HTC crew for AH. They must be shaking their heads like a parent does when dealing with an ungrateful brat child.

BTW RAM 5-6 ppl left and 30-40 newbies arrive so what's your point other than feeling sorry for yourself.

And I wonder how many of those newbies will stay.

Once upon a time there was a squad in AH that had 40 members.

Now it's 1.

.

Torque you are lovely

BTW that day I wasnt talking about tiffie's FM. I was saying that the reduction of the torque had made the tiffie a ridiculously easy plane to fly. A plane that in R.L. used to crash against the hangars of the airfields because the rudder couldnt overcome the torque, now feels like a P47 regarding torque.

And few people won't agree in this board, even if that means agreeing with the Official AH Whiner (tm) RAM, That torque has suffered a serious turning down last version, beyond what it can be seen as realistic (Still have to see tiffies yawing hard to the right on takeoffs   ).

You say that 40 newbies are in the place of the people who has gone. And that AH gets better without the people who has left . I will tell you something:

1-Most of those newbies are paying less than you. Some 20$, some 15$, and some, yes, 10$. So economically, those 40 newbies will be more or less like 20 for HTC's economy, while the people fleeing are full-rate 30$ paying customers.

2-Most of those newbies are HO-lovers right now. We all know you use HO as a mortal weapon, but many of that people use HO as a way of life.

3-Most of those newbies will fly the Dweeb-plane-o-week. In this case of the version. THat meanse an average of 20-30 more Nikis online.

4-All the guys are leaving are experienced sticks with good ACM knowledge. Look at Gatt. Heck, look at Habicht, he is (was) one of the best and most effective pilots in AH. That means that you lose the chance to get good fites in the MA. With that lose, the MA will be even more boring and eventually more people will leave. An exodus that in fact could be easily stopped.

5-In short: The newbies probably would be here anyway without the problems that have made so many of us go away...(paying less, heck, why not?). So, in fact you win what you would've won anyway, and you lose much more than what you get (if you want to see good fights online, that's it).

Regarding my ego...Look Who's talking   . Anyway, I don't think I have bigger ego than any other on this sim. But happens that when I feel bad about something I say it. That includes to die in some weird ways, if you follow me. Others get a firm grip and make force with the teeth and say nothing.

We all have big egos here, not only me. So, well, maybe in that way you are right

Hang...as always ,very funny   . Yes, sometimes I feel like I'm thumping my head against a wall, and sometimes that depressed me a bit.
Not so now...Seems that most people here doesnt understand that I, over any other consideration, love AH and want the best for it.

ANd seeing all those experienced sticks fleeing is of course, not the best for AH.

Jihad...you are right, there have been times I've been mistook because of my poor english. Some other times not. But my english tends to sound way more harsh that what I intend to be (Was talking about just this the other day by E-mail with a good friend of mine who reads this BBS), and that leads people to answer in harsh ways.

There is little I can do about it, apart of trying to improve my english. But truth is that sometimes I have been completely mistook due my english.
Many others not, but, well that's another story   <<S>>

Base on one squad your point is what Jek?
How many squads have grown

Ya don't like it leave, cork it and leave don't stand at the door whining just leave leave leave leave.

Being Xmas time now I really don't have the money for AH $45 CDN but I'm not leaving or whining.

HTC needs all the support they can get and I'm gonna give them all I can!

Ya don't like AH go round up some venture capital and start your own Flight-Sim Buh Bye!

No Ram the day I'm taking about was the day a Typhoon kill you when you were on it's six. Ya ranting for a good while on channel 1 and then I saw the big "I quit" post on BB. The internet plays many funny things but yet you seem to rant about every little one. Me I take it with a grain of salt and replane and I don't whine over common channel and come to BB the state I quit like a dorknut.

This exodus you talk about Ram is what 5-6 out of what 1000 subs oh geeze the sky is falling. These Hoing newbies you talk about that was me when I first started. The other point about good sticks leaving well I see new ones that excel in ACM very fast give them a few month they'll hold there own against any of these that have left. I think your making a lot out of nothing, your an hysteric and you need the attention.

Just like when HT had that recent family tragedy and you try to up it by posting the stupid tidbit about that other tragedy. That explains your whole stupid problem which is your fragile ego and big mouth.

Anyhow you've waisted enough of my time and are a big repetitive YAWN
