Gun Drag?

I spend most of my time flying W/B, my squad is W/B based you see (249 RAF), however I have had an A/H account now for about 6 months, I enjoy the challange of A/H and feel the game looks more realistic in comparison to W/B. The new F/M in A/H is good IMHO, however I feel that the Guns....or ..should I say bullits seem to drop quicker in A/H, I find that in A/H, I have to apply more deflection!, or Lead.

I fly with tracers turned off, this makes it harder, but better I feel cause the chap infront of you doesnt see your overshots.

The A/C in A/H seem to take more hits to down now than before, this also is good IMO, however can be frustrating, I smoked a F4U pilot last night, and he kept going for what seemed like ages, when I get "smoked" my engine packs in real quick!.

Anyway overall great fun, I do feel strongly however about the list of A/C available in A/H, I find it strange that a WW2 Filght Sim Game, doesnt have the following A/C,

Spit1,
109E,
110C..or G,
early model zero,
P40 (America's early war workhorse!)
Hawker Hurricane..early & Late model.
early model p51, p38, p47.
Seems strange cause these A/C where important to WW2 history..
Oh and I almost forgot the JU87,

How can we have a WW2 Game without these planes , seems strange to me.

Huh?! HTC has stopped creating new planes?! Wish they'd tell us these things.

That big RR double-wasp radial on the F4U is legendary in it's toughness.  Those beasts regularly returned home with cylinders blown off the engine.  The hog is one of the toughest in the game, so rightly so.  What do you normally fly?  I'm betting it's much more fragile.

BTW, I think you will find the AH gunnery model much more realistic.  It just takes a while to get used to.  I like it.
