This should work right?  Squaddie is selling me the RAM and I want to make sure it will work with my old mobos.

Should work fine.  PC2700 is just a rating for the RAM's max guaranteed bus speed. It will run at the speed set in the BIOS (default 266 for and Nforce1 unless you overclock the CPU).   I still have an Asus A7N266-c in my Gum rig.  I think its latest BIOS supported the 2600+ w 266(133) FSB and PC2100.  The rig in my sig has PC3500 installed in an Nfornce2 board supporting 400 FSB and PC3200.

Thanks man.  I thought that was going to be the answer but I am so out of the loop on the newer hardware.
