i got a bottle of red rooster hot sauce from my buddie's wife. she had it from like a few (maybe 5) years ago on a trip down south.

never opened.

think it's still good?
I don't know what to put here yet.

If you knew how they stored the mash that they make the sauce out of, you wouldn't worry about it JB.  :)
Hope you enjoy it, I love the stuff.  I'm going through a bottle a month lately.

Perfectly normal an opened bottle of red rooster kill all within a 10 cm range except mamals.
