i got a bottle of red rooster hot sauce from my buddie's wife. she had it from like a few (maybe 5) years ago on a trip down south.

never opened.

think it's still good?

If you knew how they stored the mash that they make the sauce out of, you wouldn't worry about it JB.

Hope you enjoy it, I love the stuff. I'm going through a bottle a month lately.

Perfectly normal an opened bottle of red rooster kill all within a 10 cm range except mamals.
