So they're not co-operating with us."

Mr. Graham recalled Canada's Ambassador to Iran Wednesday in protest.

He said he plans to take the matter to the International Court of Justice.

LOL!

No watermelon they are not going to co-operate! And taking the matter to the ICJ?  LOL!!! Like that will do anything.

um, Nuke, so why shouldn't Canada follow the rules already put in place for just such a situation?

I dont think they have the resources (or willingness) to invade Iran... not worth threatening force over one journalist.

Maybe they can decide the outcome via a Hockey game?

How dare Canada withdraw their embassador?????  Dont they know how important diplomacy is?  Iran is just a poor developing 3rd world country who neeks nukes to provide power for its citizens.  Man the nerve of them.

yeah, but they are a part of the world community of nations and we have to respect their laws and sovereignty. Who are we to judge them?

We can't expect to force our values on them.

The US is the true criminal here, Im certain.

and it's their right to have nuclear weapons too....they are a resonable, sovereign nation and all :lol

I'm wondering if the guys defense will be that he was just following orders in beating that woman to death. While it might be acceptable to treat their women in this fashion, the Iranians know that western countries aren't so understanding of the need to keep a woman in her place, especially when that place is six feet under. Or, maybe since Saddam is gone they figure that the burden of mooning the west has fallen to them.
