where do i find a clue?

I don't know any of the story first hand but I think it goes something lke this ( apologies for anything incorrect.)

Hitech from HTC wrote the patented code at Warbirds then sold warbirds to Wild Bill.

Hitech is saying on the BBS that AH uses different code - therefore does not infringe the  patented code that he sold to Wild Bill.

Wild Bill is trying to claim otherwise.

I think Hitech probably knows which patent they are talking about.

I'm not sure I would pay much for your "STFU" advice if I was him

OK...OK   my appols to HTC and anyone taking offence for the "stfu" advice.

Should have said "Mind what you type, print, say, post or otherwise project".  Am refereing convolutedly to "Sub judice".
Hence the "without predjudice" comment.   I wouldn't want a chap to be compromised by a little skulduggery outside a court room or the Lawyers brief.

No offence ment HTC and I hope none taken.

Wow, lynx tells hitech to STFU and gets a free month subscription?  So THAT'S how it's done?

:lol
