Furball is correct on that one.  Griffin VI engined Seafire XV, the Royal Navy counterpart to the Spit XII.

RCAF also had XVs as did the Burmese AF.  Three or four under restoration right now.  One here in Minnesota.

The one in the image has markings similar to those worn by 802 Squadron from HMS Glory
