Please list alternative Mks etc for the current range of models.
Add if you know any more please.
Pyro if you know you would accept alternative Mks etc, could you provide a list, even if incomlplete.

Spit 9 - Heard you can submit Spit 8 skins.
Spit 9 - Mk VII?
Seafire IIc - MkIII ?

Was actually asking for a list or any info ANYONE else or Pyro might have regarding the use of skins for other Mks of aircraft.
If they knew any to please post.
Not specifically any one.
I am in the same boat as most others, why do a skin that may not be accepted because it is not close enough to the orignal Mk/Type of aircraft.

Why would do other mks? 15 skins per type means theres only limited number of skins anyway. Why not just do skins that represent the types we have?

Seems kinda silly to want to do mk 8's when there's a whole host of 9s to choose from.

It would be like doing a G-6 as a G-14.

Asking Pyro to take time and provide you a list is even more silly. Just do your skin and submit it. If you dont want to take the chance it wont be accepted by doing a different mk then make a scheme based on the 9 we have.

Or start a new thread on the same subject everyday...

Understood Wotan, but some of the other Mks/types maybe the only ones that get away from the standard camo.
I found a Mk9 Spit for e.g. that was in Hi-alt colors, but it was overall PRU Blue, kinda boring.
Was just trying to add a little variety.
Majority of Brit aircraft are limtied to 3 basic different camo schemes.
I was gonna do a Typhoon in desert camo, but as only 3 were sent on the trials it wouldn't be accepted.
Can't do the Battle of France stuff as it requires lower wings to be different colors (1 black, 1 white.)
Invasion Stripes on a Spit 9 don't work properly because of the skin being reused in certain places.
I don't know if Eagle Sqn spits will be accepted as it is impossible to have the lower star on one wing only.
Just wanted to try and bring some variation (a la P51 has diff schemes) to the usual green/brown, green/grey, brown/stone.
