Some sort of strange viral code game?

I received this bit of spam in my hotmail account - it looks like some sort of code or some viral message or something (it's piqued my curiousity but I can't make head or tail of it)...can anyone shed anymore light on it?

They are trying to get by peoples spam filters.  By putting random words at the top of the message, it defeats alot of good spam program's filtering logic....
