how do i make an image that was animated and moved stay that way when i post or make it my avatar? i open the image it is moving, then i resize and it wont move anymore....anyone know how?

sure you are not resizing 1 frame and saving that rather than the entire animation?

Yes you need an animated gif editor to make changes to an existing animated gif, depending on what your trying to change. Google "gif construction set" as far as I know it is still availble with a full function free trial period.
