After some research I did find the exemption being refered to buried on page 23 of the charter under a picture of a geriatric Indian women throwing a spear..

The ****** definatly applies in his case

Well.... actually they are a pretty good group. I suppose if you are new to Aces High you might enjoy them.  Go ahead, apply, I will not stop you. Just don't bend over when you are standing next to Dipstick. :eek:
