I am curious now, does WB offer a free 2 week trial?

I only wonder who was ripping off who...

LOL

Seems Carl got caught whacking off out behind the shed.

WTG YANKEE!  Kill em' with kindness. This fella obviously wants attention, and was hopin for a heated response.

But I gotta tell ya in a case like this it seems Fair that HTC should incur some monetary fee for opening and closing accounts within such a short period.

A person signs up on a monthly basis, and they know how the payment structure works, then HTC should retain a month's worth of payment.

Yankee: Sounds to me like this guy _deserves_ to be double billed  .

After reading this again, I have to ask myself (aloud):

Why the need for so many accounts open at once? Doesn't this just invite confusion and double-billing? Carl-Skippy--Bullet-Billhickey (CSBB) why all the names in such a short time? You must admit, this doesn't look good on paper... were you given a 2-week trial with every sign-up? If so, who is ripping off whom?

LOL Hblair, for a few, thats exactly how it went, but I think Yankee or Ronni could give a better prospective from their view...the most I drank in one day was 5 drinks, first starting at 4:00pm and last ending around 10:00pm, I'm too old to enjoy a good drunkening anymore ;p, the price  I pay the next day outweighs the fun at the scene of the crime!

Oh Rip, both Ronni and I agree that you were a complete gentleman.

Actually, everyone we met was extremely respectful and courteous. It made the convention a blast for the both of us.

Looking forward to next year!

Ive had to do some pretty silly contortions to my account over the last year. Some I did over the phone. Some I did by mail. Some I got to do in person at the con. I have no reason at all to believe that HTC gives me any special treatment. Every single one has been done proffesionaly, courteosly and quickly. I think the only HTC types that havent had to work on my account in some way or another are Nate and Superfly.
This scitzo Carl guy is on somthing.
This is a great example of the extra costs associated with pay as you go. This kinda nonsense would be far more prevalent.

sounds like a 2 week wonder, open an account for 2 weeks, close it, do again under another handle, keep doing it for the free 2 weeks.  Leads me to believe "carl is a weeine, carl is a weenie, ".
