Thinking about dumpin cable....had direct tv 4-5 years it was ok...nothing to write home about.....will look at dish this time.
 will save 30 bucks a month over cable.

walked in noticed the wife packing her suitcase, I asked what she was doing, she said going to vegas....heard you get $200 every time you have sex.......I grabbed my suitcase.....she asked....what are you doing?....I said I'm goin too...i have to see how someone can live on $400 a year..........

Checked Dish offer in my area.  Might save about $30 a month over cable but no On Demand where you can just check past and current programming and select what you want to view at no extra charge and without having to record it.

Will stick with Comcast unless they don't hurry up and upgrade our cable (one of first in area) to HDTV soon.

NO. I have C band satellite with a FTA receiver and 4DTV receiver, have more channels to shake a stick at. About 70% of the channels are free, the other 30% are sub. Only costs me $48 a month for easily over 700 channels. Never any rain fade, snow, or poor quality due to over-compressing the signal. Just great, clear viewing.
