I'm all for that plan. In fact the USA should provide the heroin and also try to get as many canadians addicted as possible. This is is so urgent that we should even a fight a war if neccesary to keep the supply of herion to canada flowing freely without undue uppity canadian government interfearence. We will manufacture the heroin in the state of Indiana and then ship it to canada. I think I shall call this venture "The East Indiana Company."
