Seems to me, people either love the little burgers or hate them, haven't found anyone ambivalent.

Personally, I love them.

My old boss told me about these great little burgers for weeks before I took a trip to Dubuque. I had never tried them.

They were horrible.

Krystal's far superior to the white castle...  both referred to as "sliders" though... think it has to do with the high grease content.

Just say no to White Castle sliders and spikes.  Blecch.

Furball, that thing looks a lot like a gyro.  White Castle "burgers" are not like that.  They're actually supposed to be hamburgers, only smaller and cheaper.  They taste kind of like 3-day-old reheated meatloaf that went bad on the counter.

Of course that wouldn't stop me from eating them again.  They are bad, but in an interesting sort of way.  Kind of like that fake canned iced tea that tastes nothing like iced tea.  I'm not sure this is a good instinct though.  Kinda like thinking lead paint is yummy.

Strips of Lamb.  that looks great to me, much better than the whitecastles.  Although they are the best drunk food after taco hell.
