Thinking of starting a recruiting drive, skipper. Gimmicks like:

- Join us and fly with a couple of other guys.

or

- In the Navy ... you can sail the seven seas. In the Navy ... you can live a life of ease.

or

- Why fly in a humongous squad where you can get lost in the crowd and squadmates don't know you exist for a year? Join us and be part of an intimate group. VERY intimate.

For me its the lack of new aircraft that is reducing my enthusiasm for AH in general. Also the influx of of arcade style MA play that is the reason I left Fighter Ace and moved to AH and may be the reason I ultimately leave AH in search of something different. I don't mind playing twitch, shoot and captyre the flag/land games but only in the first person shooter mode occasionally and that is on games like Joint Operations and such.

What has happened too the CT? Ayear ago the would be up to 50 people on a saturday night. Tonight there was 9. It has been like that for a while. If it hasn't already been done, maybe we should find out what it is that hve driven the people away.
Reschke is right on. Several others have answered this, but I will put in my two cents. It is not the CT, but Aces High. People are bored with the same plane set for 2 years! I remember seeing the MA with over 700, now over 400 is the tops. Several in my squad have left and gone to WWIIOL due to boredom. I came close myself. Still might if by the end of this year we don’t see some significant updates as in new AC, GV’s, eye candy, and game play additions/improvements.

It is not the CT, it is Aces High.
