Launched 11 sorties from A40 in Vals, along with several other squads. Lost one pilot on the trip due to computer issues. Struck fighter hangars at A5, got several hits. De-assed the area to the West, where we were intercepted by F4Us. Waffle got an assist on one F4U. Seven BoPs paid the price, while two made it to the CV. Sullie engaged a TBM and shot it down near C3.
Launched 7 sorties from A40 in Tonys. Struck fighter hangars at A5, killed the last two hangars. All FH are down at A5. Regained altitude to the East, flew to P31. Engaged one P40, banshee6 and 99MecInf shared a kill on that guy.
Attacked gun emplacements at P31, destroyed two. Banshee6 went down due to Ack, Shubie was hit by ack (at 10k, at least 3 miles north of the port!!!), lost engine oil, but made it back to base.
