You're thinking about Jamie Lee Curtis in Eraser. She was nude from behind and some front with the see-through dress in the hotel scene. No other Schwarzeneger movie has this much nudity.

Total recal had a woman that had three tits in it. AND THEY SHOWED THEM.

I thaught the conan movies had some nudity as well but I havnt seen them in a while.
