A sound editor that will let me add noise and 'crackle' to make radio com sounds,any that can do this???:confused:

You can try Goldwave (google it as im lazy)
you can play with the sounds a fair bit and it isnt user unfriendly.

The method I used when I wanted to do it several years ago is to simply re-record it at a lower bit rate, say 4 bit.  Do it three or four times and you've got lots of static.

LOL i dont think this is posible but can it be done well when some one like a squad mate talks to u is there any way to make it sound like a real WW2 radio well i know u can do it with a check 6 but can i hehe
