Wel so far I've sent three emails to HT Creations, one to billing and two to support. No responses.  I no longer need an answer from support because I fixed the problem, (perhaps they should respond anyway and ask ME how I fixed it so they will have an answer for the next guy), but the billing question needs atention immediately. I was charged three times on my account within a month. Is anyone home? I see HT flying in the arena this week. For $30 a month you'd think someone would be calling your house. Heck my local phone company calls me every week with a new annoying plan that they want me to sign up for.  And I only pay $20 a month for my phone service.

Tell ya what HT. If you need someone to answer the phones and/or respond to emails, even with a simple " We got your email and we will respond shortly" then I'd be happy to do it for $30 a month.

did you post your problem in the support board? ask anyone here if they had already dealt with the same issue as you?  Did you post what your prob was and the resolution You discovered?  
As far as the billing question is, as a "last" resort, try the phone? Sorry you seem to be having a problem.

Yes I checked the support forums and there was no answer there. My attitude? It seems you are the one with the attitude. And why would you defend HT Creations when they fail to answer their emails? Perhaps you like to spend $30 a month and wait 2 months for an answer to your questions. Perhaps you would like to be charged numerous times on your account in one month. No, I think you just like to start an arguement. Please refer to my second sentence at the beginning of this post for guidance.

i dont know why you think there is a problem, everytime i call direct to HTC  they always help me with a kind attitude. with tech and admin. probs  nothing to complain about here.

Sheesh, there's no evidence this guy is trying to rip HTC off like Carl appears to have been. Seems to me he's just got a mistake with billing and is frustrated that it's not solved yet, which I reckon's pretty understandable when he's suddenly paying $90 a month instead of 30. Since HTC's been busy with the con there's bound to be a slight blip in service, but no matter how highly we may think of HTC, paying people have a right to complain about that. Don't know what's with the majority of people here lately...

Yeah I agree, lots of hostility around here. Everyone so quick to defend HT Creations at the slightest offense.

Anyway, Pyro was kind enough to help me out and now I have been reimbursed for the two other accounts. It only took 6 days to do it.

As a side note, the reason I opened 3 accounts, (this is third account I'm on and will stay with it) is because of the problem I was having that I emailed support about.  I was getting horrendous crashes to desktop while online.  Yeah I tried all the hints and suggestions, nothing worked. Well since I fixed the problem I signed up for this third and final account.

And no, I didn't forget to delete the previous accounts, so it was not my fault. HT Creations just took a while to reimbure my account, probably due to the fact that they have been overloaded with all the new account sign-ups.

Hmm crashes to desktop, if you managed to cure this i would seriously be interested to hear how, at the moment i feel i could apply for the senior CTD position  
In a period of 6 days i have gone from Kill death ratio of 2 and now its at about 1.02 all down to CTD and these are in game and next sec looking at my desktop no warning at all.
Seriously getting annoying as hell i sometimes wonder why i bother then remember i just lurve this game

Well, I could be as hostile as the majority of the respondants above and tell you to look it up yourself becasue I posted on the boards a while back. Naw, I'm not that low...

If you have the same system as myself, VIA motherboard, Geforce card, then perhaps this will work for you also.  I went back to DirectX 6.1.  Don't ask me why or how it fixed the problem, but it did. I have now only experienced one disco in a week of flying.  Before I would get a CTD every 5 minutes.  If you would like to try it be sure to get the DirectX Uninstaller.  Not sure where to ghet it, but if you search for it you'll find it.

Hmm using a VIA board and a GEforce, so i guess you might be onto something. I shall have to look for the DX uninstaller.
