If Reagan could have ran, he would have been, or do you dispute that?

BTW, the current pres made one of them head of the pentagon

He couldn't and didn't, anything else is speculation. Kennedy could, did, and has been elected continually since. His obvious lack of character reflects on all of you that keep him in office. I'm inclined to believe that most of you don't care.
